im having trouble figuring out just whats wrong with me. ive never had sex but i sounds like an std of some sort..

theres some itching...down there..
a small, hard bump on my..well i dont really know what its called in particular, but its on the "inside". ive never had sex but i have been fingered and my boyfriend says he felt the bump and now he has a bump on his hand where it would have touched, but his is softer and pops.
and i have a very irregular period. im 18 and female and..thats all i can really think of to put.

this is so embarrasing but it sounds like something can be very wrong and im kind of scared.

  • There is no real possibility of diagnosing this sort of thing online. This may be nothing important, but you can't assume this. You must overcome your embarrassment and see your doctor. Get a Pap smear done at the same time.

  • There is a fungal disease called Molluscum Contagiosum it might be. It makes warts, but is not always sexually transmitted. It can be transmitted by someone who has the virus by sharing towels, scratches, etc. Don't scratch it, whatever it is. Wash your hands before touching your face or near your eyes, etc. There are some other stds it could be, and in some cases you don't need to actually have sex to transmit them. Genital warts for example can be transmitted by skin to skin contact . It might not be an STD. It could be something else, but I would start by being tested for an STD because of where it is. I suggest you might want to visit the cdc site and see if it looks like any of the STDs. If you can't see it, maybe you can have your boyfriend look.Don't feel bad. I have been with the same person 9 years and just got diagnosed with something that he might have had before that (HPV). I've never been with anyone else, but it happened anyway. Get checked, and don't be embarrassed.
