It all started about 3 yrs ago with bouts of dizzyness and swaying sensations, ringing in the ears. It got progressivly worse and then I started having fainting spells, one in which I fell off a stage and hit my head. From that point on the dizziness and swaying got much worse. It was also found that I have major double vision. I went through many blood tests, ekg, mri, mra cat scans etc... which all came back fine. I am dizzy everyday, I have spells where I can't even get up without falling over, my balance is very bad even after balance therapy. It started to get a bit better about a year ago and then I was involved in a work accident where I was knocked down and trampled, receiving multipul blows to the left side of my head. immediatly I was 100% worse I could not sit up and was in a wheel chair for almost 2 months. Along with all my other symptoms I now have a blocked feeling in my left ear and feel like my hearing is worse. I have slowly gotten better to where I can walk with a balancing stick but am still dizzy everyday and extreamly unsteady. I find that any exess activity makes my symptoms worse.

However meniere's is close because it is caused by a B vitamin deficiency, which is what I have. The difference is that I genetically cannot break down many of the B vitamins and have to take pre-broken down B vitamins (active B's, in particular methylB12 (Jarrow sublinguals), methylfolate, P5P, and B Right (a B complex with as many broken down B's as can be cheaply commercially obtained at this time). The protocol is at (read only): http://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/showthread.php?t=62327 post here: http://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/showthread.php?t=9948&page=1449 Good luck

But did they rule out Myasthenia Gravis?
