This is about my 5 year old son. For 6-7 months now he's had problems with some urine leaking. At first we passed it off as that he just wasn't emptying out his bladder. Then back in May he told us he was having pain in his *****. We thought he may have a UTI so we took him to the ER, they tested his urine no infection. The pain continued sprodically, so we brought it up to his PCP, they did another urine test, and it came back fine, so they referred us to a urologist and our appointment is set for next week. So starting about two weeks ago we noticed he would pull at his *****, he said it was "bothering" him. Then last week he started having serious incontinance issues. He'shaving big accidents which is not like him. So we took himagain for another urine test, because he says it hurts when he has to urinate, and while he's urinating. But of course, no UTI. I'm at a loss. He is scheduled for a renal ultrasound and xray, but I'm seriously concerned. I feel awful, because we don't know what's wrong and we don't know how to help him, and he's living with a pretty much constant pain. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
