End of May my back began to hurt terrible. Horrible pain when turning over at night in bed. Went to urgent care and they said it was a UTI so I went thru 2 antibiotic, still no relief from the back pain. X-ray showed nothing. I am a regular with Chiropractor so I know the different types of pain, this is not that kind of pain. Yesterday I had my shrink give me a script to have some more labs to see if there was still a UTI hanging on, nothing in blood or urine showed up. My problem is I am not sure how to proceed. The back pain (it runs a few inches above the waist to under the shoulder blades in about 3" wide) is still with me. Sometimes it radiates to the shoulder on the left side into the neck and ear area. I'm not rich and can't afford unnecessary tests. It's so unusual I don't know if i need to find a urologist or a kidney dr or something else.
Any suggestions would be greatfully appreciated.

  • left side and down your arm...hmmm...how's your heart??? Or is it where your kidney is? Do you need a stress test and kidney function test? I don't know...health care sucks..$$$ find someone who will bill on a sliding fee..
