Two and a half years after a total hysterectomy for uterine cancer, I started having urinary urgency. Premarin Vaginal Cream worked until I gave it a break for a few months because of the breast tenderness. I now have tried Estrace, Estriol, and Vagifem and now even the Premarin Vaginal Cream and they burn so much I can't use it. Does the skin especially around the bladder and groin area absorb the cream -- maybe that would work? Does anyone have any advice on how to stop this miserable urinary urgency -- it has caused me to stay at home now most of the time. This has been going on for the past year.
