My father is has continuous urinary infection after kidney stone removal. He is taking medicine for almost 3 years but not cured completly.

Symptoms: Feverish, Eye irritation, urinary infection and frequent urination

We have consulted all the top Nephrologist from different hospital. And we have taken all the test related to kidney. All tests looks normal and kidney functionality is also normal.

Treatment he has taken so far includes due to this symptoms-

Urinary infection tablets
As kidney looks normal and because of continuous fever has taken TB treatment one complete course as suggested by doctor
Before 3 months he took Zivator 1g ( I hope it is heavy anti biotic )

He was fine for 1 month without any urinary infection and after 1 month he had infection of 20 - 30. He took some light dose and he was free for another 1 month.

Now again he is having urinary infection.

What could be route cause for the urinary infection. Anyone have similar case.

Any expert suggestion to eradicate completely.
