I am 41 years of age female, had partial hysterectomy (uterus) removed about 15 years ago. My problem is that for the last year or so I have been gaining weight, approximately 20 pounds. I have been doing exercise on a regular basis (burn approx. 500 calories per session). Exercise is cardio and weights. My body fat is approximately 19% and bmi is 22. I am 5'8" and my current weight is 156 lbs. I eat healthy and regularly. Bottom line is I have been trying to lose the 20 lbs I gained and with all the exercise I do instead of loosing I gain weight. I have been to my doctor, been on diet pills, recently had a hormonal test and hormone levels are good. I have no idea what else to do to loose weight. I have come to the conclusion that there has to be something wrong with my body but no one has been able to diagnose it. If anyone out there has some suggestions please help me because I don't know what else to do. Thanks in advance.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
