Within the last week I have noticed a burning/pain in my urethra when I urinate. I have been recently tested for STD's and they were negative. I dont have any discharge as seen in yeast infections or BV (bacterial vaginosis). I feel like I have to urinate constantly due to the feeling in my urethra. I dont have any pain in my abdomen or bladder like a UTI. I'm so confused! I'm going to get tested for BV and get another STD test just incase but in the meantime, if anyone can tell me any of the possibilities of what it could be or if youve had a same experience let me know! Thanks.

  • You should have your urine tested to see if you have a bladder infection. My sister had that issue and ignored it.. and an infection ended up moving from the bladder into her kidneys, making her end up in hospital on a drip for a week. no need to worry too much.. bladder infections are common and easy to treat.. just have urine tested.

  • Is it possible to have a Urinary Infection without the pain in the abdomen or bladder? Thats my only concern because I don't have the pain. Just the burning and feeling of constant urination.
