upper (middle) abdominal pain

Im a 30y/o (female) and experiencing a pain in my upper abdomen (middle part) especially at night, and vomitting when i can no longer tolerate the pain.
The pain is sharp and it radiates at the back (middle part or just the upper part of hips- both sides).
I went to the doctor couple of times and said it was gastritis. He's prescribed some meds like Itopride, Lansoprazole and nexium.
Slowly, I started to go on a diet and started to use treadmill once a day for 25minutes and still the pain won't go away. It gets worse at night at around 9-10pm onwards (5am).
This started last year and my bowel movement comes on once like in 3 or 4days. Stool is brown and constipated as well.

Any other possible reason you could think why this pain won't go? Please, any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
