Upper Left Quadrant Pain

A week and a half ago I presented with very slight pain (leaning towards simple discomfort) located between my upper left quad of the abdomen and the epigastric area, residing right at the lowest rib. The discomfort consisted of a slight "pinching," maybe a very tiny cramp, or a very slight burning sensation in a localized area measuring about 2" in diameter. The sensations do seem to travel some towards the navel or down the left flank, but this isn't pain, just a sensation. It seemed to be positional at first because of the discomfort would ease off, or not entirely subside, as long as I was laying on my back or my right side. The left lower ribcage also seems to be "tight." Believing it to be simple gas pain I laid on the left side, with plenty of belches and flatulence that evening. It is important to note that I had several short bouts of diarhea ranging from pure liquid for 2 days (but no sense of urgency, it was just liquid when I had to go) to just a simple single bowel movement that is very loose.

The sensations subsided slowly over the course of the next day and I made a visit to the doctor the following day just to be safe. Palpation of the abdomen resulted in no pain locations, only the normal discomfort of having a doctor trying to touch your organs. I was tested for H. pylori, and it was positive via breath test. I am currently on the 2 week triple therapy and scheduled for an abdominal/pelvic CT with oral and IV contrast. Also did a complete blood work up, but I don't have those results back, however my blood work up during a previous ER visit in Feb was perfectly normal, and in some cases even better than normal. From what I have read, if it were something cancer oriented it probably would have shown up in that workup as a high white counts at the very least.

Yesterday the sensations came back, again just as before with no serious pain, just the abdominal upset. Bowel movements have been back and forth but no serious diarrhea, but any loose stools I have simply attributed to the H. pylori treatment.

Im only 30 (just turned 30 3 weeks ago) so the chances of colorectal cancer are slight, but Im really scared about all this. Can anyone give me any possibilities?
