about 3 years ago in a pilates class doing a slow sit up, it felt like something slipped and became restricted just behind my lower rib on left side. Since then any time i use my core, slouch, or fold my body the area randomly does the same thing, progressively getting worse. Been to an intern, GI special, and just had laprascopic surgery.
