I have had a little difficulty (maybe just discomfort or a strange sensation) for awhile when I swallow. It feels like just when the food or liquid hits a certain spot it hits a lump and has to "go around it." I can specifically feel cold/hot sensations there differently than anyone else when I'm eating/drinking. My chest has also been hurting in that spot for a about a year or so and NOW in the past week when I breath in it is uncomfortable and a little painful in that same spot. What could that be? I'm a 26 year old student, never smoked and after having had a upper GI scope my esphagus and stomach look just fine...
