Upper back pain- no diagnosis!

I am a 27 year old female who has been suffering with upper back pain for 4 years now. The base of my head is always sore (has been since I was 16) there are 2 specific point on the left and right side of my upper back that ache most and it is working it's way down my spine- it is now sore to sit down sometimes. I feel like I CONSTANTLY want to massage the side of my back with my fist!?!

The discomfort gets worse when I eat and I feel like I am sufficating (coughing/sighing and yawning to take in air).

It is not a sharp pain but a dull and constant ache..it is exhausting :(

Please help...I have been to the doctors 3 times with no diagnosis (just lots of the same blood tests) and I was told to get a book 'How to manage your mind' couldn't believe it!!!....wanted to hit the doctor over the head with it :D

This is not in my head! I have a high pain threshold..broken my leg 2 years ago and walked off the mountain (no tears)!!

I have always been a strong healthy individual and the pain is really upsetting and depressing me (as is the lack of a diagnosis and the useless doctors I have seen).
