Unusual chest swelling

I'm a 24yo male, fit and healthy. Yesterday I noticed that on my chest, around my sternum and between my pectorals there has been a swelling, it seems like it's filled with fluid. If I flick it, it sort of wobbles but I don't think it's fat, I'm pretty trim and I presume fat wouldn't accumulate there so suddenly. I'd always had a very concave chest in the middle, now all of a sudden it's flat, and squashy to touch.

I did recently start back at the gym and had very bad delayed onset muscle soreness in the chest region (though not this exact region), could it be possible that I injured myself and this is just a natural reaction, like the reaction to a sprain? I'm not sure but it seems my nipples are also slighty more puffy, though I can't be certain of this. This led me to believe it could be gynecomastia, but I haven't had any itchiness or soreness of the nipples, and surely this wouldn't lead to swelling down the centre of the chest.

I'm currently in Indonesia and the doctors round here are reluctant to accept insurance and are otherwise very expensive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
