Lots of school work this year.
Responsibility of coaching a junior sporting team.
Early mornings.

Past: Heavy blood loss due to period leading to hospitalisation. Have had low iron levels. last year have taken iron supplements, but not anymore.

Recently: Feeling weird overall. CHEST PAINS, there is no pattern to them, they just seem to happen, these are almost crippling, annoying and very concerning, dont understand why they are happening.
VISION blurring, well not blurring, more just blacking out, as if going to faint.
LIMBS, arm muscle from elbow to thumb felt really weird and lots of joint soreness in shoulders occasionally.
The occasional headache, but thats like anyone I guess.

Feel free to ask questions!

  • How's your diet, kiddo? Acupuncture can help a lot with the heavy periods.

  • Diet is normal for 17 year old. Eat rather well if anything. No more heavy periods.
