have had a sore throat for 3 months now. It is driving my crazy. and making me scared.

I had oral sex with a questionable partner in early July and starting about a week later I had painful bladder and I was prescribed Cipro. A couple days after that I had sweats and diahreea and for about 3 weeks with a sore throat. I tested negative for Gohonorea, Syphilis, Chlamidya. at the end of 3 weeks the Diarheea and sweats stopped. Sore throat got worse. I tested positive in mid August (month and a half point) for Strep and prescribed Azithromycin antibiotic. In early September I was prescribed, Pennisilin, Nasal spray, Nystatin for tounge pain and fungus, in Mid Sept symptoms persisted and I was prescribed Clindamycin. I am finished with that now. So far I have had 4 rounds of antibiotics, anti fungals and the sore throat still persists. Redness on and around tonsils. and now I have been having painful back.

What gives.. Do I have HIV?? I keep going back to the sex and wondering. When I search on line seems like everything that causes a sore throat should have been over by now except HIV. I'm very scared..
