Ok, I do not usually do this but I am like most of you,fed up of your doctors telling you that you are fine when we clearly know that we are not. I am tired of feeling like if I am going crazy and everytime I walk into my doctors office I get that look of "ok what now?" So here it goes I have reached my witts end and I am open for any and all suggestions or any one who has the same symptons like me to advise of what my problem could be. I am 23 and married, no kids, I have the usual everyday stress, work, school, bills etc. Nothing out of the ordinary but I myself suffer with major tiredness. I can sleep for days. Literally days and still get up feeling even more tired. I barely have energy to do a lot of things but I do it because I have to. I can not remember when I have ever felt 100%. I took vitamins for at least a year but it would start to help than my body would become conditioned and I would be back to square one with the way I felt. So I got tired of trying new vitamins every month and just stoped.

I sometimes get headaces that can last for a few good hours and are really painfull that sometimes only goes away with sleep. The thing is as much as I can sleep to try to combat for my tiredness there are nights when I have problems falling and staying asleep which does not help with the tiredness factor. Another major problem is at night my skin gets really warm and I do not feel sick and I do not have what I would like to call a conventional fever, more internally, but it is really annoying to the point where my body is so warm that my husband feels the heat bouncing off of me when he is a few inches apart and the heat is not of a sexual nature.I can not cuddle with him for to long because my body heat is so intense that it heats up his own body to uncomfortable measures that it is a bother for both of us. This one has me really puzzelled because it only happens at night when I am about to sleep. My air-conditioning has to work over time to be on freezing in order for me to be comfortable.

My doctor's diagnosis have been of no help. I have done it all eeg, ekg, chest & kidney xrays, blood work, I have been tested for every disease and I have all my flu shots. In my doctors medical opinion their is nothing wrong with me. Yet I have had these symptons for a few good years since I was a teenager and I have been seeing doctors ever since. They have rulled out anemia, infections depression, panic attacks, hormone imbalance. I have tested negative of all bacterias and viruses and another problem is that I can not seem to keep on any weight, as soon as I gain it I loose it and people are always wondering if I am on some crash course dietery plan, which I am not. I do not have a big appetitite but I try to eat as much as I can. Overall my doctor considers me healthy at least that is what the paper work says, but I know deep down inside that something is not wright, because I can feel it,so any one who can help please give me suggestions.

  • I would suggest getting another test- for Candida. Either a stool culture or blood test. You can try just doing the saliva test too: in the am spit in a glass of water and check to see if you get strings coming down or sandy sediment at bottom of glass. Not a definitive test, but may be helpful. Candida can cause all sorts of problems and is a factor in Chronic Fatique, which it sounds like you have. Also - did they test for Lymes? How is your digestion? If you have candida overload, no amount of vitamins will help unless you kill off the overgrowth. A good candida cleanse may be helpful - 1-2 months is minimal. It is hard to get rid of, but not impossible: Threelac is the best product out there, in my opinion. Good luck to you.Ann

  • I have a sleep disorder that I have just discovered is called "sleeping beauty syndrome". I cannot find any information on the treatment of this problem. I usually have about 30-60 seconds advance warning before I completely black out. These blackouts last anywhere from an hour to 4 hours during which time I cannot be awakened. When I do wake up, I am extremely agitated and emotional. Please let me know if anyone can help me!
