this was the comment made on a bood film carried out:-
-pleomorphic population of microcytic/hypochromic and normochromic/normocytic red cells with occasional macrocytes.
-moderate degree of poikilocytosis.
-white cell differential indicates neutropaenia
-platelet distribution is reduced.
