I'm a 20 year old female. As of lately, I have been getting headaches almost everyday. Usually it's during the daytime. I also have been extremely nervous while being at school. I'm so terrified at being called on and I get panic attacks during class. My heart races, and I get so dizzy that I can't concentrate on anything and it turns into the biggest headache ever. My headaches sometimes turn into stomache aches.

I have never felt this way during school before, I have no clue why my body is acting like this. It's almost as if something triggers this feeling. I haven't been acting like myself. I want to feel self-confident, calm, and relaxed.

On a different note, I have also felt really depressed lately. (Ex-boyfriend issues)
I feel alone, emotional, stressed, worthless, and pressured.

I'm not sure if these are linked together? If my ex-boyfriend issues are the cause of it? Things I can do or medication that can help? Should I see a doctor?

Please any advice is welcomed!

  • You really should have your thyroid levels checked. The symptoms you describe can be caused by hyperthyroidism. Good luck

Instead of a Dr. prescribing a anti-depressant try taking a B-complex vitamin everyday. Sounds like your going through a lot and the ex-boyfriend issues are interfering w/school. Try taking a relaxing bath at night or go for a walk. Do something everyday for yourself and don't allow yourself to think about him. Remember to breathe deeply and exhale 5 or 6 times just before going into class.Good luck! If these don't help you most likelyneed the help of a doctor.
