unilateral left ptosis with bulbar palsy

a 10 yr old female child presented with sudden onset of unilateral ptosis and bulbar palsy of 2 days duration. Low grade fever is present. External ophthalmoplegia is present. no signs of meningeal irritation. Vitals stable. Cvs normal. Lungs conducted sounds present. Per abdomen normal. Investigations. Total count elevated with 92% polymorphs.
