Hello I am a healthy, active, and generally lively 19 year old girl just trying to get through this year. I have a list of symptoms and a handful of doctors and yet no one has figured out what is wrong with me. If you have any ideas please give them to me.

Early getting ready to go class and went to the bathroom to urinate but also had diarhea and felt a sudden wave of dizziness got off the toilet to call for help and passed out hitting the floor hard. ‘’ (out for about 3mins)

Other issues
Had the health exam prior to going to college

July 2009 received the guardisil

Symptoms began in late Sept. and got progressively worst went to internist in October and November 2009

Was having severe fatigue and nausea, chills, diarrhea and pain in the right mid quadrant some times this pain traveled up toward her chest . After seeing her internist she had the following tests,

EKG- normal
EKG bubble-normal
Tilt test- normal
Wearing a halter monitor but all is good for now
Urine-clear
Anemia- normal
Blood sugar - normal
h-pyloria- normal
Gall bladder scan - normal
Hyda nuclear scan of gall bladder - normal
Ovarian scan- positive showed and 8 cm ovarian cyst on the right ovary
orthostatic heart rate test-normal
checked ears for inner ear infection- normal

Was put on the Yaz birth control pill to prevent further cyst from occurring cyst popped in Dec. 2009. Was taken off the pill after passing out the second time in March - it was thought that perhaps the pill caused the drop in blood pressure so we stopped it.

March passing out occurred after falling asleep on the couch startled by knocking and getting up and answering the door. Walking back to the couch I woke up on the floor not sure of how I got there but I do remember feeling the black out stage. (Out for a couple of seconds).

Continued to have severe attacks of nausea, chills, and severe fatigue and bouts of diarrhea. Sent to a gastroenterologist and the following tests were done

Stool sample for parasites- neg
Small bowel follow through- negative
Gastric empting - took 84 minutes
CAT SCAN of Ovary- normal
Endoscopy- normal
Diagnosis - Gastroperesis was given a diet and put on prevasid

This diet did not do well it made it feel worst being on mostly liquids
Returned to normal eating - Had about a 2 week period of severe nausea, cramps and fatigue.

Symptoms seemed to much worse around periods

The Gastroenterologist upped prevasicid to twice a day which did help and recommended we get back up with the internist to put her back on the pill and possibly explore hormonal issues.

Put back on the birth control pill July 2009 - this was a 3 month pill that would delay period for 3 months to give my system a chance to calm down.
light period and spotting have been occuring while still on the pill.

For the most part I have been much better. Still feeling severely fatigued and can easily sleep 2-3 hours in the afternoon.
Nausea has calmed down
Cramping/Chills are periodically along with feeling bouts of dizziness

please let me know what you think even the most crazy ideas are ok with me I just want to be fixed. This has been going on a year.

  • Jessie, You poor thing! To me it sounds like you have two things playing off each other:1. A reaction to the Guardisil Vaccine. Many girls your age are getting this vaccine with severe symptoms. What you need to do is quench brain inflammation. When you had that vaccine what occured is that the toxins that were injected into your body were able to bypass the blood brain barrier (which its NOT supposed to) and get into your brain. Your brain "freaks out" and your body launches an immune attack on your brain which controls all your body functions. By suppressing the brain inflammation you have with ANTI-OXIDANTS (and some other supplements that quench oxidative stress) you can start to decrease your symptoms. Its not a quick fix, but give it time. look up reactions the guardisil vaccine for more info. At my work, we deal with post-vaccination syndromes.2. Another complication you have are ovarian cysts which are also known as PCOS (PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome) this is caused by Insulin Resistance which is a blood sugar regulation disorder. MANY AMERCIANS have this. Check out my website and go to the Online Library/PCOS to learn more. ALL of what you have can be addressed with natural supplementation to regulate the physiology that has gone wrong. Now the info I posted is only based off the info you have posted. I do not have a complete history on you. What you can start doing now is to increase your anti-oxidant intake and decrease inflammatory foods you eat (refined sugars, tomatoes, any food sensitivities you may have, and try eliminating gluten!) AVOID FLAX SEED as that worsens PCOS and creates more inflammation.Hello I am a healthy, active, and generally lively 19 year old girl just trying to get through this year.
