I have been having on and off right rib pain for 8-9 months now. Sometimes the pain gets so bad I am in tears and at other times I can barley feel it. I have been to numerous doctors and no one can tell me anything. It is sharp pain coming from underneath my right ribs. I fractured my rib about 7 months ago and I dont know how I did it. They told me it was my gallbladder, my spleen and then my appendix. I have had CT scans, MRI's, bone scans, hida scans, and ultrasounds. My rib fracture isn't healing and they just keep ordering rib films every two months to see if it has. I think that what ever fractured my ribs is causing me all the pain. When the pain gets bad it feels light there is a balloon expanding undre my ribs it actually makes it feel better to push down really ******n my ribs. I have been an Insulin diabetic since I was 10, but it is well controled and other than that I am a very healthy person. If anybody has any idea what could possibly be going on that would be awsome because I cant take it anymore!!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
