this is my problem: i am 30 years old, i dont do sports. yesterday i started having some knee pain. it came out of blue, it wasn't a result of any kind of injury for that matter.
the pain is very sharp, it is not constant, it comes and goes, but when it does happen it is very sharp, like someone is stabbing a knife in my knee. also, the pain occurs no matter whether i am standing, walking, sitting or laying down.
today is slightly better, but i can still feel the pain from time to time. also, i experience some pain and pressure in my lower back.
i dont know whather this is important, but lately i have been having also shoulder and neck pain and pressure, due to wrong positioning in front of computer at work.

can all this be related, or my knee pain is isolated pain?

hope you will be able to help me...
thank you in advance!

  • Look up knee pain. If it's on the inside of the knee, it might be anserine bursitis. If it goes along the outside of thigh to the knee, it might be the collateral ligament. There are MANY possible causes.
