Unexplainable pain in penis

I have a pain in the top 1-2” of my penis during erections that feel like a few paper cuts or as if a scab has been peeled. This creates a pain/pleasure battle that results in a 75% erection. The penis literally recoils from the pain, like a frightened turtle. There is nothing visible on the exterior. During orgasm my left hamstring will often start to cramp up.

I am 40 an in pretty good health, 5’10” 190 lbs. I have seen 3 MD’s and 3 Urologists and they have done all of the standard tests, but come up empty. The best guess is pain in my prostate that is transferring to other places. I have heard of chronic pelvic pain from the internet as a possibility.

So there is my mystery. Any help is greatly appreciated !!!
