Hi,

Well, about a year ago i started developing an array of symptoms, these include the following;

Chest pain
Palpitations
Arrythmia (did i spell that right?)

Of course, as soon as i started getting the chest pains i went straight to a & e, they did an ECG and a blood test and determined that i wasn't having a heart attack.

I then went down the road of seeing the GP (around about 11 times in around 2 months!) I was diagnosed with an array of symptoms (stress, indigestion, some rare disease that causes pain in some part of my rib cage (can't recall the name))

I have had numerous tests done (blood test, 24 hour heart monitor, chest x-ray and an (ultrasound) scan thing on my heart) all of these came back fine.

The thing is, im still getting these symptoms, palpitations i can live with, but the things like rapid heartbeat does worry me, any ideas on where to go from here?

Thanks,

Clum

  • Its possible your having panic attacks where your heart races. If you have a tendancy to be stressed alot or be anxious, worried then it's just a matter of dealing with issues or stress more effectively. If this happens in the middle of the night out of a deep sleep thren it could be sleep apnea.Hi,Well, about a year ago i started developing an array of symptoms, these include the following;Chest painPalpitationsArrythmia (did i spell that right?)Of course, as soon as i started getting the chest pains i went straight to a & e, they did an ECG and a blood test and determined that i wasn't having a heart attack.I then went down the road of seeing the GP (around about 11 times in around 2 months!) • Thyroid level is a great suggestion. Vitamin D level too. It may be panic attacks also.
