I have had right middle abdominal pain especially tender when I push in on it. If you put your pointer finger on your belly button and direct your finger upward and out to your right side the exact location would be the mid knuckle of that pointer finger. I feel this discomfort when I am doing nothing as in lying on the couch and also when I am standing. I also have discomfort under my right rib cage.My ultrasound of my gallbladder came back fine. This pain/discomfort I can live with as I have been doing so for over one year but I know there is something wrong. No doctor seems to take me serious.

Any thoughts or common symptoms I would love some help.http://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/images/icons/icon9.gif

  • do you have pain in your neck, knees, hips, or upper back? If so check out fibromyalgia. What you are pointing to is a tender spot in fibro. If your doctor doesn't believe you leave and find another one who will listen. Pain is a sign that something is wrong or not running right and if your doctor wont listen or thinks your just feigning for getting out of work etc. then you need another one.
