I've been having very unusual pain on both sides of my body the last 4 days. It started on the right side and has now started hurting on both sides in the exact same spot. Its about 6 inches down from my arm pit and about 2 inches toward my back on both sides.

The weird part is that it doesn't hurt to the touch. Its excruciating to walk down the stairs and sometimes if I lower my arm the wrong way it hurts. I can feel it all the way up to my shoulder and lower neck when it happens.

It hasn't really gotten worse but it is scaring me because its not going away.

  • You should see a doctor. I don't know if you need a mammogram, broke ribs, are getting shingles, have a lung/gall bladder condition, etc. See a doctor.

  • I second the advice on seeing a dr.Be sure to have your spine checked, you could have a disc problem there, pushing on a nerve. Esp since you say its worse, walking down stairs. see www.spineuniverse.com . Good luck~~JerseyLymie
