I have acute abdominal pain on my left side and I also have gas. I've had this for the last 3 years. It is a stabbing, constant cramp. It only goes away when I'm sitting and lying down.

I had
- blood test
- urine test
- ultrasound
- x-ray
- colonoscopy
... and they turned out perfect. I don't have bloating, constipation or diarrhea. I just have gas in the evenings. But this cramp is making my life miserable. I can only walk for 5 minutes then I'm done. I may as well sit on the pavement and cry, but I can still manage to hold myself.

I've been to 12 doctors and they can't do anything because the tests are looking good.

For the last three days I've been having nausea and dizziness as well.

I don't want which doctor to go to. I've been to gynecologist, urologists, gastroenterologist and general internal diseases doctor.

What should I do?
