Jumped into a manmade lake 2 years ago. Water got into my right ear and I could not get it out (make it drain). I attempted to pop my ear with no success. Saw a Dr and was prescribed antibiotics. They did not help. Went back and was given different antibiotic. After 4 days a deep emerald green discharge came out of my ear. Was fine for a few weeks and then prob came back. Dr put me back on antibiotic to no avail. Have been cleared by top ent Dr at Loyola (3rd ent). Stated my ear is normal. Had a tmj eval with neg answers. Had Cat scans of throat and head, been to a neurosurgeon neg results. Have a small hard node up against right ear that Dr says he cant feel, and a floating mucocele on upper right side of mouth also Dr says he cant feel. Will have extreme itch and then a slight black dry substance in the right ear. I also have an itch in the right side of throat up high behind what appears to be a flap of skin up by the ear.Drs says thats not possible. WELL IT IS HAPPENING TO ME. I recently tested positive for nickel allergy and will have dental work addressed. If it is my dental work why then only the right ear.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
