Hi guys, Id really appreciate some advice,
Im 17 and ive not been feeling myself for some while now, on and off for a few years, but its really become a problem in the last 4-5 months. I just completly lack any energy and just constantly want to sleep (need a good 12hrs just to get up), sometimes i feel like im going crazy because i seem to have a complete lapse in memory and concentration, everyone says im completly lazy and moody all the time, they seem to think im pretending because every so often i have a 'good' day.
I finally went to the doctors and they did a blood test which they said i was very borderline for having an underactive thyroid. They want me to go back in a month for another blood test....I dont understand that if i feel this ill how can I only be 'borderline', also what happens if they dont find it again? Its really getting me down now, and im sick of feeling like i cant do anything.
Is there anyone who has any advice on how long this process could take or any other diagnosis or anything??
