  • I'd look into mitochondrial dysfunction which might affect the liver, pancreas and glucose utilization. I had fasting hypoglycemia and insulin resistance with a stressed liver. Lecithin and a couple other supplements fixed me up. It took about 3 months before I noticed a big improvement.
