I don't know how to explain it, but it literally feels like my leg is throbbing in pain it mainly happens when I stand up. If I sit down or lay down it doesn't really bother me it starts in my hip and goes down to my toes I have tried wearing different shoes at work, and taking tylenol but it only helps so much. I haven't gone to my doctor yet. I just want to know if anyone has any idea what could be causing this. It hurts when I bend my knees sometimes and it throbs and just has this persistent ache all day when I'm at work or just walking around when I go out somewhere.

Any ideas what this is? I don't think I've pulled anything and this has been going on for over a month now. It is making me miserable.
