For about 6 months now i have had pain in the middle of my left forearm on the ulna. It is sore to the touch, and gets increasinly painful when I workout. Even holding a weight with my arm down causes pain and even more so when I let go of the weight. I have also noticed that a gland/node in the inner portion of my left elbow has been swollen for the same ammount of time and I figured it was because of the bone. Anyone have an idea of what it could possibly be? Thanks in advance.
