Ulcers on my tongue

When run down I often get mouth ulcers.

However NEVER on my actual tongue.

But this week I have been getting continual ulcers on my tongue, especially on the underside but also along the sides.

There are none in any other area of my mouth.

They are just the same as the little white craters you get in regular mouth ulcers.

I currently have FOUR on the go at once.

I am worried this may be a symptom of tongue cancer.

Any thoughts?
