Ulcerated gum above 1 front tooth???

I have an ulcerated gum above one front tooth. The periodontist has cleaned it and recently cut it open and stitched. I have tried warm salt water rinse, Peridex rinse and even steroid cream. This gum is exposed on the surface above the tooth and looks raw and ulcerated. It is in one area and is not healing. Please help, does anyone recognize this? Is there something else I can do, or someone else to see? A Dermatologist was even recommended.
