Twitching Problem

Hello all. I'm a male in my late 20's and have suffered with this problem for about 15 years now. I have a moderate twitching problem. On some days I won't have any symptoms but on some days like today I will experience the twitching almost the entire day. The twitching is usually in my neck (i.e. I'll experience tension in my neck and when I twitch the twitch contorts the right side of my face and neck). I guess this is similar to tourrette's syndrome almost but I know it is not that since it's not every day or all day long. Sometimes I'll have an eye twitch where I blink a lot and sometimes it's with my jaw. I guess my twitches rotate and the same twitch will occur for about 3-6 months before it changes forms. Some situations may provoke the twitching (like being in a classroom setting or at work...so usually in social situations) but I'm really not anxious about anything (I'm a pretty social individual). The twitching can also occur in private too. So I'm not anxious but then when I start twitching sometimes if it is bad I'll get anxious about the twitching. I notice that the twitching can be worse if I'm on an empty stomach or if I'm on lack of sleep, but I am wondering if there is something I can do (or some supplement I can take) that will help me with this problem. Thank you so much. -Anthony
