Hi, I have been with a specialist and been diagnosed with twenty nail dystrophy. It has only hit my finger nails.

It started one year ago. For 16 months ago I started a diet where I, from having drunk two liters of milk a day, completely stopped drinking milk and instead drank real juice and eat about 100 grams of almonds a day.

Could this have anything to do with the disease?

Is there any cure?

I am otherwise healthy.

  • From what I know there is no specific treatment/ cure for this disease. Calcium is important for nail growth and suddenly changing your diet may be what precipitated this disease.
