I started having severe headaches and loss of balance a year ago. Both the ENT md and the Neurologist X2 were unable to agree on a diagnosis. Possible Meniers Disease or even Silent Migraines that originate from the base of my skull.
My symptoms include: vertigo; generalized weakness; tremors only on the right side of my body, primarily in my hand and arm but also in my leg and head; disjointed gait with the right foot sometimes being harder to lift; leaning to the right when I walk; nausea; sudden headaches just before or just after an episode. I have been on a multitude of medicines and some help while causing other symptoms. Lately the neurologist is trying to wean me off some of my meds and I am noticeing tremors starting on my left side. I am really worried and my husband and I are trying to decide what the next step should be. All of my tests have shown nothing while there is something obviously wrong.
