i am of thirteen years of age. it is known that i have anxiety. i also have hyperhidrosis. (and bipolar and insomnia) i am on medication for all of those.
i have always had shaky hands, ever since i can remember. and by shaky, i mean you can tell from ten feet away. my hands shake to the point, where my handwriting is barley legible and i knock things over on accident because i cant control it.
and my hands also feel uncomfortable unless they are doing what my family calls "dancing." what i do is i move them as fast as i can, and i get comfort by doing so, otherwise i have this jittery feeling like there are jumping beans inside my hands.
my feet also break out in uncontrolable spasms that lead to the nicknames "shaky, spazzy, twitch, tick, and earthquake." the ball of my foot bounces up and down and it stays for about 1 minute, and then it stops. i get these a few times a day.
but the worst is, about two times a minute (atleast) my whole body will do one to three convulsions. it has been like this for as long as i can remember, and i just thought i was spastic, but this is not normal. the convulsion is centered in my shoulders and spread throughout my whole body. when i do this, i drop things, i knock things over, sometimes i lose my balance and fall down.
please help me.
it is getting worse every day.
and yes, i have been to the doctor.
