I suffer badly from cold all my life, and now that I am getting on in years (I am around 60) it is getting worse by the year. I have outrulled all diseases. It seems to be some crazy inexplicable sensitivity. I can't figure out how to be warm. At this point I am wearing huge amount of layers of clothes. It still doers not help all the way. Can anyone suggest any solution? I live in a very warm midlle eatern country where it is rarely freezing. I still heat up my house in the winter. It does not help!:(

Also: Does anyone have any experience with which is the best thermal underwear around? :) (for freezing mountain climbers and the like :) . I can order some online if you give me a URL, or just tell me what are the requirements (material, thickness etc... and where these are to be found)
Thanks!

  • Check Out Acupuncture For Deficiency Syndrome. This Basically Says That The Warming Action (yang) Is Not Working Properly And There Is Too Much (yin). They Can Do Some Needles That Will Help Open Channels To Increase Motive Force (yang) And That Will Have An Overall Heating Effect Internally. Also Increasing Your Wei Qi (defensive Outer Qi) Helps Hold Heat Around Body. This Is Acheived With Certain Foods And Tai Chi Or Qi Gong. I've Seen It Done At The Clinic Where I'm A Student And It's Quite Remarkable!!!;) Also There Are Herbs, Foods That Help Create/hold Heat In The Body I.e. Cayanne, Paprika, Certain Mustards. An Acupuncturist Can See What Energy Channels Are Functioning And Which Are Blocked And Open Them For You!!! Also Increasing And Building Your Blood Can Help. I'm Cold Alot Too And Especially Under Stress And I Like To Take A Hot Bath Then Get In My Terry Robe With Thermotec Socks! Nice And Cozy!!! Best Wishes
