I am travelling soon on an overseas tour for 3 weeks. I suffer from an unstable bladder which is always a worry plus constipation. The latter possibly because I drink fewer fluids during the day because of the bladder problem, and only catch up when I am home and going nowhere and also because I have an overlong intestine. I am a small and often eater rather than the usual big meals and on this trip will be eating more than usual but not able to drink more because of being on a bus a lot and unsure of toilets. I usually take a natural fruit type of laxative at home but believe this may not be allowed with travelling between countries. What is there to take with me which is mild and won't hit me with an urgency when I am possible on a bus and unable to stop and go. Having to worry about toilets with my bladder is bad enough!!!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
