I have a line going down my tongue and a line going the same way down the roof of my mouth. They touch.
My doctor (GP) says go see a behaviorist because I suck on both and can't stop.
I suck on them and fiddle with them because they are sore and swollen and can't help it. I keep a piece of plastic paper or gum in my mouth at all time to keep from messing with them.
I tried a mouth piece from the dentist it didn't work.
I went to an alergist who says they are alergies. He gave me a mouth wash to use. Doesn't seem to work.
Has anyone ever suffered from this before? HELP!!
