For many years, I've felt tired and dizzy every time I'm outside of my house. It gets worse in brightly lit areas like shopping malls. It gets very annoying because then I wouldn't be able to stay focused. I don't think it's an iron deficiency issue since I had a blood test a couple of months ago that indicated that the iron in my blood is in the normal range. What else could it be in this case?
