tiny white bumps on vagina

recently i have noticed that i have 2 lines of 3 very tiny white bumps running up the side of one of my vaginal lips. they start at the side of the urethra and go outwards. they are along 2 folds of skin, are flesh coloured, painless and not itchy. the ones closer to my urethra are floppy and long, almost finger like. they seem completely parallel to each other so was thinking perhaps they are just skin tags along the ridges of the folds down there? im at a loss to what they could be. im not sure if they have just appeared because i don't really check down there (even though i should!).

they are very soft and the longer ones by my urethra can almost be stretched out. any ideas? i was thinking it could possibly be hpv but the fact they are so in line makes me think otherwise.
