im a 16 year old male, 5 ft 11 and still growing

list of symptoms:
. tingling in back, chest, neck, head, penis and sometimes in the rest of the body (all at once)
. weight loss (may be due to growth)
. head cramps (cramps in the temple causing severe pain)
. being unable to urinate (asthough nervous)
. constapation
. tierdness
. rushing feeling through my fingers
. hard to get to sleep
. mood swings
. aching muscles

i have visited both a doctor and the hospital with no result also i have had blood tests but still no results

The pain usualy accures while doing phisical exercise but sometimes when doing nothing at all
When the tingling hits, i usualy pass out or just start rolling around on the floor (which is just abit embarasing)

Im starting to get worried now and with no diagnosis from a doctor it looks like i will have to live with this pain.

please help or give a rough diagnosis

Thank you and cant wait to hear from you
