Over 2 yrs ago I hurt my back running up a hill. Since that day I have been in chronic pain. I have pin point pain in my rear upper hip/ lower back. It effects my walk daily and is sending me into depression. I use to surf and work out daily. I havn't done that in two years. I have been up and down the California coast to all Dr's. No body can fiqure it out!!! Any one else have this???

  • Has there ever been mention of your sciatic nerve? What your describing sounds to me like you have damaged that nerve or pinched it.
