tingling lips, sensitive mouth

I am a male and it starts like this, sometime ago i had unprotected sex, oral and vaginal with a girl. after the 2nd encounter I had a very small blister on my penis( i did not even notice but it left a circluar scar) and a mild tingling in my penis head, let her know I thought maybe herpes and she went for tests, postive results, Had unprotected oral sex afterwards and now my lips tingle practically all the time and he inside of my mouth above my teeth is particularly senstive, it seems to be in a 3-4 week cycle of severity, when I notice it's is gone it comes back, I also get blotches on my tongue from time to time, I had blood tests for 1 and 2 herpes twice and negative both times, No further sexual contact. She was retested and confirms herpes. I also had small whiteish zits on the shaft of my penis for months on end, they did nothing no itching or growth, got tired of them and squeezed them one at a time to see what would happen, and they healed with no affects, they did not return. What gives? This has been ongoing for 3 years and I am terriffied to even kiss a girl
