I've had a strange feeling now for over a week inside the tip of my penis. It feeling itchy or tingly. It doesn't hurt but some comes and goes and it's annoying and got me worrying. I've had the same sexual partner for 8 years and we have kids and my partner and I were tested for std when we got together and we all clear.

This itching feeling has started making me want to urinate virtually every hour lately but hardly any urine comes out. I've had a look in the tip of the urethra and there is a big-ish vein inside there and a small red bit (like a pin ****k in the vein). There is no blood, no smell (I am clean) and nothing else to suggest anything and I would appreciate any advise. I will attend the doctors in a few days if it doesn't go. I really don't believe it's an STD. Could it be an infection or bacteria, could a small hair have got inside and pierced my skin while washing?
