Tingling in my finger

Okay, I know this is really rather random, but for the last 2 hours my little finger on my right hand has been constantly tingling and now my neck, hand and arm have started to ache a little. I know it's probably nothing serious and it's likely that I've just damaged a nerve or something but I really don't see how...

I was on the phone to a friend of mine, I walked to the fridge to get a drink, then when I sat back down it just suddenly started tingling. I assumed it was because my hand was numb from holding the phone for an hour but it's literally kept tingling for nearly 2 hours now...

Anyone have any idea why?

I looked it up and apparently compression on your elbow can cause tingling in your little finger or ring finger, so perhaps it's that. But surely it wouldn't last for hours?!
