After a jog a few days ago, my chest sort of "locked up", for lack of better terminology. It was strange that it happened so suddenly because I was jogging daily for about 2 weeks prior to this event without any problems of this nature. I do not have any allergy issues.
The symptoms can be characterized as a sort of restricted breathing, and a heavy chest. For the first few days it was just that, now, I still have those same symptoms, yet now I feel an almost "prickly" like pain around my heart when I eat or swallow food. What seems even worst is now I get that feeling around my heart even when I don't eat. The same feeling can also appear to be happening in other area's, mainly in random locations around my upper chest.
One man I've spoken to has no clue, but that's only because he referred me to somebody else. Any idea's?
